500 N轮胎帘线抽出夹具（ASTM D4776）

夹具

此夹具按照ASTM D4776-2018标准设计。通过测量单根帘线从一个轮胎橡胶块中抽出所需的力来评估橡胶与帘线之间的粘合性能。轮胎橡胶由上下夹具固定，帘线从中间孔道伸出。

特点

特点1：此力沿帘线纵轴方向施加，防止在拉伸试验过程中帘线扭曲和偏移。
特点2：适合-30 ~ +100°C温度下拉伸试验。
特点3：适合500 N及以下样品的抽出试验。
