50kN缠绕式厚布用夹具

夹具

该夹具适用于50kN以下试验力的厚布材料的拉伸测试。夹具使用分体式滚筒和绞盘，分体式滚筒内的夹具面有凹槽，以加强对样品的夹紧力，在拉伸测试过程中牢固地固定容易滑动的试样。上部夹持弹簧配重确保样品的轴线在测试过程中与试验机的中心线保持对齐。此外，下夹具的分体式滚筒由弹簧固定在一起，也改善了对样品的抓取力。
