铜箔剥离试验夹具

铜箔剥离试验夹具

一种用于印刷电路板上铜箔的拉伸试验的夹具。将基板放在90°剥离夹具滚轮上，再将样品剥开引出一头用上夹具夹住。在拉伸过程中，样品板在滚轴上运动，样品一端被夹住发生剥离。剥离测试过程中，滚轴辅助软质样品与基板间保持90°。

特点1：沿滚轴切线方向发生剥离，不易损坏样品。

特点2：最大载荷为1 KN，适用小力值实验。
