三位移计压缩装置

夹具

适配位移计的压缩夹具，通过检测器检测上压头-下压头间的位移，精确测量样品变形。此夹具配有三个位移检测器，下压盘带球面调平功能，可调平后锁紧（上下压盘平行度最高可达到10 μm）。

特点2：下压盘可水平调节，减少侧向压力。
