铝塑盖开启力夹具

夹具

此夹具按铝塑组合盖开启力（YBB00402003-2015和YBB00372003-2015）标准设计。将铝塑盖放置在固定装置上，蝶形螺丝固定试样，保证铝塑盖开启过程中不会脱离或松动。将上夹具开启端移动到铝塑盖塑料件部分的下边缘处，以一定速度移动开启装置，直至铝塑盖的塑料件部分被完全去除，记录试验过程中的力值和位移曲线。

特点

特点1：操作简便，仅需手动调节螺丝即可固定试样。
特点2：适合500 N以下的开启力测试。
